The all-new Chisel has been engineered to handle modern cross country and race tracks at top speed. In fact, it shares many of the same modern features as its sibling, the Epic Hardtail, but in a package that's better for your wallet - making it the most efficient and powerful aluminum hardtail available. This Chisel comes with the tried-and-true SRAM SX EAGLE 1x12-speed groupset and LEVEL T hydraulic disc brakes, RockShox Judy Silver fork, and 25mm inner-width light-alloy wheels shod in 2.35 Fast Track Control tires. Chisel's all-new frame uses our D'Aluisio Smartweld technology, which moves hydroformed tube joints away from the areas of greatest stress, resulting in a balance of strength, stiffness, and weight in the finished frame that is more pronounced than any alloy frame in history. This makes the Chisel one of the lightest alloy hardtail frames available, boasting a weight of around 1350 grams. The new Chisel also includes all the modern features you've come to expect from an XC bike, such as Progressive XC Geometry with a 68-degree head tube angle and greater reach, internal cable routing, threaded center, boost axles, 30.9mm telescope compatibility, and 1x drivetrain.
