The new generation E-ASX retains the user-favourite geometry, which is enriched with the latest technologies in eMTB. VERSATILE AND READY FOR ANY CHALLENGE The E-ASX combines modern geometry with an aluminium frame, offering the perfect balance between stiffness and weight. With a load capacity of up to 150 kg, the GHOST E-ASX is ready for all multi-sport adventures. Progressive kinematics with up to 160 mm of travel at the front and 150 mm at the rear ensure excellent traction and comfort, even on difficult terrain. In addition to the classic high-entry models, there are also unique low-entry sport models with 140/130 mm suspension - these frames allow for a more comfortable entry while maintaining the true performance of the e-MTB. EQ versions come with mudguards, rack, lighting and stand - ideal for long trips, daily commutes or demanding travel. All High models are supplied as a mullet i.e.: 29" wheel at the front and 27.5" at the rear. HIGH PERFORMANCE FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY Every GHOST E-ASX model is equipped with the latest Bosch Performance CX 5th Generation powertrain, offering 85Nm of torque to tackle steep climbs and technical sections with ease. The removable and lockable 800 Wh PowerTube battery (600 Wh on Essential models) ensures a long range. Thanks to the intelligent Bosch control system, you can adapt the riding modes to your needs and optimise both energy consumption and performance for any challenge. The 5th generation Bosch eBike System brings several key improvements over its predecessor: Compact and lightweight design: the 5th generation Performance CX motor has been redesigned to be more compact and approximately 100 grams lighter than the previous generation. Improved pedalling support: the new motor offers smoother and more responsive pedalling support. A new Hill Hold function prevents unwanted reversing when stopping on a slope, and a new Hill Start Assist helps regain momentum on steep terrain. Quieter running: noise levels have been reduced by up to 50%, resulting in a quieter ride compared to the previous generation. Improved cell technology and reduced weight: By using advanced 21700 cell technology, the new PowerPack 800Wh battery achieves higher energy density and efficiency. Despite the higher capacity, the 800Wh battery weighs approximately 3.9 kg, which is about 500 grams less than the 750Wh model. Compact size: the 800Wh battery is also smaller, allowing for a lower center of gravity. The battery capacity can be increased up to 1050Wh with an additional Bosch Powermore 250Wh battery (not included with the e-bike).
